The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects while engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows.
  • Develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan for each assigned project.
  • Facilitate trade coordination with field superintendents, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Write RFIs due to design/coordination issues.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and ACC.
  • Develop BIM and composite plans based on evolving design and construction input.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to validate field conditions and update models accordingly.
  • Track coordination issues and maintain documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Attend and document weekly coordination meetings.
  • Submit Coordination Sign-Off Forms and uphold VDC QA/QC standards.
  • Participate in VDC team development through peer learning and internal training initiatives.
  • Create site logistic plans for RFPs (2D/3D).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a VDC/BIM coordination role (GC/CM or subcontractor experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills — comfortable running meetings with owners, architects, and trade principals.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, ReCap, and point cloud workflows preferred.
