About the Role

Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage lifecycle recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee wellbeing, engagement, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing recruitment functions and develop/implement a kind, thorough, and consistent recruitment strategy.
• Evaluate the hiring lifecycle, define process improvements, and implement changes.
• Optimize HRIS for recruitment and onboarding, becoming a subject matter expert and standardizing system processes.
• Formalize the organization's new hire orientation program, championing objectives, stakeholders, content, resources, and logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, management, or above capacity strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ lifecycle recruitment experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ employee orientation/onboarding experience required.
• Process design and improvement experience required.
• Experience implementing, managing, and assessing HRIS and modules is required.
• Strong ability to present information and describe processes to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

• $64,000-70,000 annually
