About the Role

We are a startup digital agency that builds complex, end-to-end products for clients. You will own the frontend side of that work, plus the adjacent tasks, working across changing projects and settings. You will help us rethink how agency work is done.

Responsibilities

• Own what you build, all the way through.
• Turn designs into real interfaces in React and Next.js.
• Build small UI components and their logic independently.
• Take on medium-sized tasks with the support of a senior engineer.
• Work in a responsive team with clear tickets and updates.
• Know when to work independently and when to ask for help.
• Collaborate closely with designers and strategists.
• Engage with project and business steering teams.
• Take on responsibilities you are ready for and seek out new challenges.
