About the Role
Responsible for creating, guiding, and providing pricing and inventory analysis to senior management and external third parties to support business unit decision-making. This role involves making succinct recommendations that outline both risks and opportunities, building active relationships across the organization and with external parties to become an influential business advisor, and challenging the status quo through data analytics and a deep understanding of inventory and pricing strategies to drive impact. May manage a team, provide subject matter guidance, develop departmental efficiencies, and assist in budget management.
Responsibilities
- Partners with senior management and third parties to support business planning and operational processes, focusing on rate and supply to achieve budget goals, while candidly addressing business risks and suggesting improvements.
- Coordinates, prepares, and presents periodic updates to third parties and internal stakeholders, synthesizing messaging around successes and opportunities.
- Leads strategic opportunities and product expansion efforts with third parties, involving internal partners as needed.
- Monitors third-party performance, communicates weekly/monthly results, and partners with Finance to update forecast/budget assumptions.
- Ensures understanding and consistent implementation and review of Company policies and procedures.
- Trains, supervises, and develops staff, managing daily team performance and recommending improvements to upper management.
- Drives an enterprise mindset within the team to challenge the status quo.
- Continuously develops personal skillsets.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintains consistent and punctual attendance, including working nights and weekends as necessary.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Owns the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options.
