About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Technology professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our talent application landscape. This role blends hands-on Workday expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a focus on driving innovative solutions and delivery. You will partner closely with Talent, Technology, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance data-driven insights, and ensure our technology supports both operational efficiency and a strong colleague experience. This role offers meaningful growth opportunities within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities across key modules (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Absence), building functional knowledge over time.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data and reporting needs.
  • Partner with Talent and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the delivery of solutions that improve processes and user experience.
  • Contribute to the talent technology roadmap by helping assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in projects by supporting requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and support data integrity efforts, working with technology partners and vendors as needed.
  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and responding to end-user inquiries.
  • Work within an Agile team, supporting delivery by helping refine requirements and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent technology or HRIS roles, with exposure to Workday in one or more functional areas.
  • Foundational understanding of talent processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to support translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting projects, with solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to Agile, vendor collaboration, or related technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Qualtrics) is an asset.
  • Motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
