Store Colleagues are inspired doers who provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring products are available and shelves are stocked to help customers live life well.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves according to company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning
- Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50lbs
- Ability to remain in constant mobility for an entire shift
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check
