About the Role
City Wide Facility Solutions provides commercial cleaning services and is seeking reliable, hardworking professionals with cleaning experience to join their team. The building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
- Clean offices and work areas, including emptying trash and replacing liners, and cleaning windows and windowsills.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
- Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms; ensure facilities are sanitary and fully stocked for client use.
- Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must be reliable.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions.
- Follow building or customer-specific health and safety protocols.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning motions, as well as using cleaning equipment and supplies and lifting up to 35 lbs.
