You will empower our partners and service providers to implement projects independently and successfully by providing necessary structures, expertise, and support. As a technical product expert, you will translate your knowledge of our BESS solutions, system architectures, and implementation requirements into clear guidelines, training, and practical support, ensuring partners adhere to technical standards like VDE-AR-N 4110 and regional building codes.

  • Act as a technical expert for BESS solutions, supporting partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and continuously optimize the partner enablement approach, including training, documentation, templates, and best practices.
  • Enable partners, subcontractors, and service providers to independently implement projects through technical consultation, clear processes, and effective communication.
  • Support partners in meeting technical requirements, including VDE-AR-N 4110, regional building codes, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate interfaces between partners, sales, engineering, external service providers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team in technical project clarification and offer preparation.
  • Manage technical and commercial change requests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and process improvements, and ensure successful implementation by partners.

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, a technical degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector; experience with BESS, energy infrastructure, grid connections, or technical implementation projects is advantageous.
  • Strong technical understanding of battery storage systems, energy infrastructure, and relevant implementation processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products, system architectures, and technical requirements and communicate them clearly to partners.
  • Knowledge of VDE-AR-N 4110 and regional building codes is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and independent work style.
  • Excellent communication skills, acting confidently as a consultant, coach, and sparring partner for partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional topics, manage multiple projects in parallel, and effectively balance diverse requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Atlassian tools and Odoo is a plus.
