About the Role
We are hiring a National Account Manager to accelerate growth within the grocery channel for MOMA, the fastest growing brand in dairy alternative milk. This is an opportunity to be a key member of the sales team during an exciting scale-up phase, aiming to triple the MOMA business by 2030. You will manage key accounts, create compelling propositions, grow existing business, and unlock new distribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship and delivery of budget targets for assigned accounts.
- Utilize category and consumer insights to unlock new distribution and land the innovation pipeline.
- Seek out and unlock new business across the Grocery channel.
- Manage trade spend (shopper marketing and promotions) to deliver strong ROI.
- Develop best-in-class pitch decks and selling stories.
- Lead customer sell-in meetings and attend key trade shows.
Requirements
- Experience in account management within an FMCG environment.
- Understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and business development.
- Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in managing senior-level relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively present at various organizational levels.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
