About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a senior leader within the Product Marketing team, taking ownership of core Arbor products. Your role will drive product differentiation, spearhead new feature releases, enhance sales enablement, and accelerate product adoption, ensuring commercial teams are world-class advocates and customers understand Arbor's value.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and contribute to the annual Product Marketing strategy and roadmap for your dedicated product suite.
  • Understand the market, customer personas, and competitors to inform company planning.
  • Partner with R&D teams to influence future product development based on market feedback.
  • Define comprehensive GTM strategies, including contributing to packaging and pricing decisions.
  • Launch new features to market, meeting commercial revenue targets and user adoption goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch plans, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor user feedback and metrics to recommend product improvements.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging for complex product areas.
  • Equip internal teams to articulate product strengths and ROI.
  • Develop sales and customer collateral to drive awareness.
  • Monitor data quality and key performance metrics in Gainsight, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Build, refine, and manage AI skills and custom agents to automate product marketing delivery.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in SaaS product marketing (ideally B2B) with a proven track record of growing scope and strategic influence.
  • Exceptional copywriter who can translate sophisticated technology into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven narratives.
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with Product and Sales stakeholders, with the ability to confidently lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy autonomy.
  • Practical experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to enhance output quality, experiment, or accelerate delivery.
