This role will help drive business across stores and online, liaise with retailers and internal teams for launches and activations, maintain brand position, and support brand growth.

- Support product and franchise performance analysis, including new launches, and participate in optimization plans.
- Track and monitor retailer promotional activity.

- Provide regular NPD and sales analysis and draw key insights to drive the business forward.
- Support the Commercial Team with presentations for internal and external meetings, including bi-annual Strategy Meetings presentations and set-up.

- Ensure the timely delivery of all online assets for each new product launch (copy, visuals and video); coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information is consistent and up to date across all retailer .com sites.
- Check that all new products are live across retailer .com sites at launch; follow up with retailers where listings are missing or incomplete to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle all day-to-day operational requests from retailers and internal teams reliably and on time — including asset delivery, product information, collateral and sample needs.
- Build new launch books, toolkits and activation recaps.
- Regularly update the European marketing plan and trade marketing calendar.
- Manage sample and collateral send-outs for all retailer needs and marketing activations; implement the sampling plan, allocating quantities by retailer and market, tracking utilization and managing delivery to internal teams and retailers.
- Create and manage event feedback to capture sales and event details.
- Support in event preparation and organization: including managing products from the stock room or EU warehouse, preparing the full set up.
- Capture all trade activations (in-store and online) and keep the Hourglass visibility check deck up to date.
- Conduct weekly competitive monitoring including active checks of top retailers' online sites.
