About the Role
We are hiring an Associate to build the engine behind our AI-first asset management platform for emerging fund managers in private markets. You will work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, and focus on automating workflows, building financial models, generating market intelligence, and managing LP relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and automate workflows by building AI agents.
- Build and defend fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
- Transform deal flow into market intelligence on emerging strategies and alpha.
- Develop the LP portal for portfolio, performance, data rooms, and market intelligence.
- Manage end-to-end LP relationships, including onboarding, due diligence, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering results without explicit direction.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to build and defend financial models.
- Genuine fluency with AI tools, including prompt and context engineering, and a history of using them for automation.
- Process-driven with a low tolerance for stale or inaccurate data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
