Responsibilities

• Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players, in a rotating shift environment
• Interact with players and deliver an engaging, rewarding experience
• Provide excellent service to clients at every touchpoint
• Maintain the highest professional standards at all times

Requirements

• Native/fluent Mandarin (C1), oral and written
• Fluent English (C1)
• 1-2 years' previous experience in a service-related industry
• Must already be local to Toronto with the right to work and live in Canada
• Strong work ethic, open to learning new things
• Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude
• A strong sense of responsibility and drive to be the best
• Team player, adaptable to changing shifts and covering for colleagues
