About the Role

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and execute site inspections for out-of-market, non-deployed accounts with sales managers.
• Coordinate and plan Familiarization Tours (FAM’s) and in-market customer events.
• Maintain account, contact, activity, and business details in appropriate software.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Skills

• Event planning experience in hotel, wedding venues, or restaurants.
• Microsoft Window applications proficiency.
