About the Role

This role involves leading and coordinating IT projects within an innovative internal IT landscape, focusing on SAP and Microsoft Fabric. You will optimize the IT landscape, manage risks and stakeholders, and ensure project quality and successful roll-outs. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning to roll-out.
• Optimize the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
• Conduct active risk and stakeholder management using standard project management methodologies.
• Ensure quality, goal achievement, and smooth handover to users.
• Assist in preparing and conducting training for newly implemented tools.

Requirements

• Reside and be registered in Germany (main residence).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Possess at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IMPA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Experience in risk management for IT projects.
• Experience with digitalization projects.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Negotiation-level German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Enthusiasm for SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects with a motivation to learn more in this area.
• Willingness to travel to the headquarters on the Baltic Sea for 3 days per month (travel time counts as working time).
• Ideally, a completed degree with a technical component.
