About the Role

The role will ensure the safety of all attendees at Enable's venues and deliver exceptional customer service, working in accordance with regulations and procedures to maintain the security of the premises, employees, assets, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the events team in managing the safety and security of weddings, functions, and other events.
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Monitor and authorize the entrance of vehicles or people at the event site.
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows after events conclude.
  • Assist the events team with additional tasks for successful event running, including pack downs/setups.
  • Communicate venue restrictions, rules, or limitations to clients, guests, and suppliers.
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers for adherence to park rules and safe setup during early mornings.
  • Manage guests ensuring safe departure and coordinate/oversee suppliers during breakdown during late nights.
  • Coordinate safe traffic management for suppliers and guest vehicles within the park.

Requirements

  • Must have an in-date and valid SIA badge to apply.
  • Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License (minimum).
  • Experience working within the Security Industry.
  • Experience working in outdoor and/or indoor security environments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure and during emergencies.
  • Willingness to learn and complete essential training.
  • Hold a full manual UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
  • Must be willing to work weekends, early mornings, and late nights on a rota basis.
