About the Role

As part of our modern and hybrid work culture, you will strengthen our SAP Security Team. You will support our clients in designing, controlling, and continuously monitoring authorizations and access controls with a security-first approach in classic ECC/S/4HANA environments as well as in cloud and RISE scenarios. You will work in a dynamic, location-independent setup (including near- and off-shore) and actively shape governance, standards, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for SAP Security Governance: roles/authorization design (ECC/S/4HANA, Fiori), access controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
You advise business departments, IT, and Security on role architecture, SoD, and access controls, and support audits/reviews.
You secure SAP Fiori (OData services, app-specific catalogs, authorization objects).
You manage authorization migrations in S/4HANA transformations, including redesigning established role structures.
You automate authorization checks and establish audit-compliant SoD processes with analysis/security tools.
You are responsible for operations & standards, drive the SAP Security strategy & roadmap (portfolio/methodology), manage partner management, and support sales in tenders and proposals.

Requirements

Several years of experience in SAP Security/Authorizations (ECC/S/4HANA, Fiori), including Fiori security (OData services, app-specific catalogs); ideally SAP GRC / Xiting as well as Cloud/RISE/BTP.
Experience in authorization migrations for S/4HANA transformations, including redesign of historically grown structures.
Know-how in automation of authorization checks and audit-compliant SoD processes with analysis/security tools.
Risk-oriented, strong communication skills (German/English), and skilled in translating security/compliance requirements into actionable concepts.
Experience in training/enablement (consultants/end-users) as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of SAP consultant teams.
Strategic, innovation-oriented mindset and ideally experience in building scalable SAP Security services/assets and in building and utilizing partnerships for standardization, enablement, and process optimization.
