About the Role

The Banquet Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Banquets Department is involved in planning, setting up and executing events to the breakdown of the room so events happen again the next day – or even the next hour. From arranging the set up of tables and chairs to providing meeting materials and flipcharts to cleaning and vacuuming, the Banquet Attendant is a part of every detail.

Providing meeting materials and flipcharts
Cleaning and vacuuming event spaces

Requirements

High level of attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Good communication skills
High level of physical mobility
Ability to continuously stand for the majority of the shift
Ability to lift up to 80lbs
Positive attitude and a can-do approach
Available on an on-call, casual basis
Smart Serve certification
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Canada
Work permit sponsorship is not available
