About the Role

MCA is a leading Canadian retail merchandising company that partners with top brands in Canada and the USA. We focus on providing executional excellence and agile in-store support to help brands succeed on the shelf and with consumers.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms to optimize product visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle product displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Install eye-catching signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Form and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company.
• Utilize advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect retail data.

Requirements

• Must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
• Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
• Self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
• Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
