About the Role
Kyndryl is seeking a dynamic Account Management Partner to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. This role involves creating, maintaining, and developing deep customer connections, driving proactive account growth, selling new offerings, minimizing erosion in renewals, and developing and executing account strategies for Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections.
- Drive proactive account growth.
- Sell new offerings and minimize erosion in renewals.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Deliver tailor-made solutions to meet unique customer needs.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
- Execute prospecting, closing deals, and post-deal management.
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts.
- Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners.
- Pursue and conquer new deals with partners.
- Provide innovative solutions by understanding external best practices and their impact on customers.
- Own the account P&L.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience running account P&L.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
