About the Role
Own, develop, and drive the Multisource business within a Country/Region. Implement the marketing & sales strategy, working in a matrix with other regional organizations to drive profitable sales and market share growth for Multisource products.
Responsibilities
- Drive Multisource products towards customer market.
- Deliver profitable Multisource market share gains in the assigned region.
- Maintain a pipeline of Multisource quoting opportunities.
- Support the sales department in building strategies using customer information.
- Define complete package offers by mobilizing internal resources (PM, Logistic, Operations, Digital, etc.).
- Support Sales with a supplier price strategy for customer offers.
- Assist Sales in final offer presentations and customer negotiations.
- Act as a Product/Market expert in technologies such as Power, Small Signal Discretes, Analog, and Logic.
- Build market data and intelligence for specific technologies.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Serve as a resource to PGM of the same technology.
- Build relationships with similar functions in other continents.
- Drive SEMI Multisource Quote Conversion through the Sales Organization.
- Drive Non-Demand Creation SEMI Multisource projects and Sales.
- Support RSMs in deploying proactive SEMI Multisource Selling.
- Develop compelling messages and execute winning programs to reinforce Arrow as the #1 choice for Multisource.
- Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to enable sales to win market share and improve results.
- Develop cost expertise knowledge within the Product Management Organization.
- Develop and maintain a price/margin guidance system for the region.
- Act as an active member of the Country/Region management team.
- Implement and execute supplier strategies and programs within the region and participate in their definition.
- Participate actively in regional initiatives, influencing Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Forge strategic and influential supplier relationships to drive TAM to DTAM, preferential and exclusive programs, and network changes.
- Drive the organization to win Multisource components business.
- Participate in the Regional QBR process and supplier business plan development.
- Work alongside regional managers to train, enable, and develop sales teams.
- Act as a positive spokesperson for the region internally and externally.
Requirements
- Experienced working with electronics, specifically in Semiconductors Multisource products and technologies.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the regional market, industry, and customer base.
- Ability to build influential relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proven negotiating skills.
- Action oriented, problem-solving, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Ability to cope effectively with change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
