About the Role

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, is seeking a data professional to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights. This role supports business performance and customer/product initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.
  • Regular, predictive attendance is required.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)
  • Experience working with Snowflake and writing optimized queries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments or data warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of relational data structures and data integrity best practices.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to customers, peers, and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
