About the Role

As a trainee on the Vanguard Investment20/20 programme, you will be introduced to the investment management industry, gain industry knowledge and experience, and develop relationships to progress your career. You will have opportunities to network with over 200 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events. In 2026, Vanguard will offer three 12-month trainee roles in London, starting in late September. You may work in non-front office areas, with meaningful work assigned to contribute to the business. The Talent Acquisition team will help match you with a suitable team.

Requirements

  • Applications are invited from non-graduate school leavers
  • You don’t need experience, just a sharp mind, curiosity, and a great attitude
  • School/college leavers who are keen to learn and start their careers in financial services

  • Care about doing great work for investors and caring for each other
