About the Role
Lead the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, planning, and measurement to deliver a comprehensive ABM program. Ensure a contextual and personalized buyer's journey by integrating content and experiences at the right time. Measure success through engagement and influence on pipeline creation and ARR growth from the existing Fiix account list, including site expansion and net new enterprise acquisition. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver a seamless prospect experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales leaders to support the revenue team on account selection, coverage planning, and insight gathering for relevant, prospect-centric campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead the strategy and planning of the Fiix account-based marketing program across all outbound efforts, including campaign briefing, development, and measurement.
- Partner with the content team and third parties to grow relevant content and experiences for prospect engagement and education.
- Work with marketing operations for seamless deployment, tracking, and measurement of all program activity.
- Build a reporting framework to measure marketing program influence on pipeline creation and ARR growth.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and understand conversion metrics to improve program impact and the prospect experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
- 8+ years of experience building ABM strategies, planning, and program measurement in a B2B software environment.
- Experience working alongside BDR, AM, content, and ops teams.
- Proficiency in implementing integrated/automated marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, across digital and traditional channels.
- Analytical, data-driven marketing skills to mine for insights and translate them into contextual, value-driven prospect experiences.
- Experience implementing best practices for campaign intake and execution in partnership with a marketing operations team.
- Ability to plan and track spending to stay within budget.
- Project management skills with strong follow-through.
- Familiarity with SFDC, Pathfactory, Drift, Marketo, Outreach, and Prolifiq.
