Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between Reward, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors.
Influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions.
Own all operational processes for benefits delivery, including payroll deductions, enrolments, vendor integrations, and invoice processing.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Simplify complex benefits information, leverage digital tools, and champion wellbeing and diversity-focused initiatives.
Analyze program utilization, ROI, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country benefits programmes with compliance and strategic alignment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and collaborating across multiple functions.
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences; ability to simplify complex information.
Highly analytical and numerate, proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and Payments processes; experience with Ariba and Oracle desirable.
Knowledge of vendor management, benefits administration systems, and compliance requirements.
Ability to leverage digital tools (including AI) and champion innovation in employee experience.

Proactive with strong initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
