About the Role
Strengthen revenue impact by managing product marketing work that directly improves win rates and launch success. This role will lead and scale the win/loss program, capturing insights on deal outcomes to guide sales, product, demand generation, and leadership. It also involves guiding competitor analysis, sharpening differentiation in active deals, and working with external partners on joint positioning and co-marketing. The role manages end-to-end product launches with compelling narratives, enablement, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and enablement of release to market plans and deliverables, including SaaS deployment model communications, content, and reporting across the customer journey and product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research by collecting and compiling intelligence from various sources, including market, competitive, industry analyst, customer (VoC), and win/loss data to inform strategy and target market definition.
- Develop enablement materials for teams across the organization, including sales, by communicating target market, personas, and value proposition, and building enablement tools.
- Orchestrate localization activities and assets for global expansion, including managing translations and regional enablement.
- Develop and update product marketing materials, including solution and industry-based content, analyst briefing content, partner and integration materials, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Support a range of product marketing programs and activities to gain broad experience in the function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

- Experience developing product marketing programs cross-functionally
- Understanding of marketing at all stages of the B2B customer journey and SaaS product lifecycle

- Discipline to follow established standards and processes
- Project management experience is critical
Education Level
- Bachelor's Degree
- Marketing Certified (PMC)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Salary/Compensations
- Base Salary Compensation is from ($95,200 CAD - $119,000 CAD)
- Annual target bonus of (5%) of base salary
