About the Role

As a Key Accounts Manager for Enterprise clients, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor, nurturing and growing relationships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and users.
  • Develop tailored success plans aligned with customer business priorities.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address risks or issues.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Serve as the customer’s advocate, capturing feedback for product and development teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion potential.
  • Engage with product, sales, and support teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management in the cloud, software, or technology industry, focusing on enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to establish strong connections with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing account plans.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology and software solutions.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Up to 30% travel required for on-site meetings and relationship-building.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
