About the Role
Lead a room team, deliver the EYFS framework, and build strong relationships with children and parents within a nursery group recognised for their outstanding practice and a genuine social-impact mission across London communities. This is a large, purpose-built nursery with two gardens, experienced staff, and a free-flowing educational space offering various activities like gardening, mud kitchen, sports, yoga, science experiments, and dialogic reading. Pre-school children and teachers also enjoy forest school outings.

Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Experience managing or leading a room in an Early Years/Nursery setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- A track record of improving performance in a nursery room or setting
- Strong, nurturing relationships with children and parents
- A genuine passion for childcare and child development
