About the Role
The PSB Mitte of vista supports individuals in substitution treatment on their path to greater stability, self-determination, and social participation. A special focus of our work is outreach psychosocial support directly in cooperating medical practices, where we create access, build trust, and offer support without detours.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support individuals with psychological, health, and social burdens with time, patience, and an open mind for individual paths.
- Strengthen social participation where it is often not a given – in everyday life, in the social environment, and in contact with authorities.
- Develop group and leisure activities that enable genuine encounters.
- Work at the interface of social work and medical care – both in our facility and directly in medical practices.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary network and contribute actively.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training is a prerequisite.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural consulting competence.
- Willingness for outreach activities, especially in medical practices or clinics.
- An accepting and open-minded fundamental attitude.
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are welcome but not required.

- €47,000 - €57,500 gross per year for a full-time position
