About the Role

We are seeking reliable tradespeople and journeymen (m/f/d) from the fields of painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing/HVAC, drywall, or similar finishing trades to join our team. You will work in our own residential and commercial properties, focusing on the maintenance and repair of our real estate portfolio. You will also support modernization, renovation, and refurbishment projects, particularly in preparing vacant apartments.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work according to your qualifications
Participate in modernization, renovation, and refurbishment measures
Execute work in your trade professionally
Support the preparation of vacant apartments
Carry out minor repair work within the property portfolio
Transport materials using the company vehicle
Collaborate within a fixed team of tradespeople

Requirements

Completed vocational training, e.g., as a painter and varnisher, tiler, carpenter, HVAC mechanic, drywall installer (each m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Alternatively, several years of practical professional experience in the finishing, renovation, or maintenance sector
Independent, careful, and reliable work approach
Teamwork skills and manual dexterity
Friendly demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Driver's license class B
