About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the company vision and drive sales performance across multiple store units. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing store operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our mission of helping people sleep well to live well.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company initiatives and achieve sales performance goals across multiple store units.
  • Hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution.
  • Drive selling programs and key performance indicators.
  • Support the omni-channel customer experience.
  • Develop associate skills and performance through effective coaching.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and maintain team bio books.
  • Perform 30-60-90-day check-ins with new hires.
  • Manage workforce activities including scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Analyze reporting to determine and adjust staffing levels.
  • Provide technical and product knowledge as a subject matter expert.
  • Achieve or exceed store financial targets.
  • Implement and monitor social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage stock inventory levels and merchandise flow.
  • Execute cash handling and customer invoicing procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter-strategies.
  • Conduct inventory audits and research discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary/Compensations

  • $72,000 - $88,000 per year
