About the Role
The Operations Manager drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on team leadership, operational strategy, and maintaining a productive store environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation of the store
- Manage store operations, supervision, and policy implementation
- Oversee sales and inventory management
- Handle employee staffing, training, and development
- Manage store financials
- Lead customer service initiatives
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities
- Communicate information effectively to crew and supervisors
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote the CVS customer service culture
Requirements

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
