About the Role
Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, is seeking a results-driven North America ABM Marketing Manager to execute, optimize, and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs and demand generation campaigns across targeted enterprise accounts and segments. This role partners closely with Sales, Demand Operations, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital teams to drive pipeline creation, accelerate opportunities, and expand key accounts through data-informed, multi-channel strategies. This role is best suited for a hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented marketer who takes ownership of outcomes and is passionate about building scalable, customer-centric ABM programs across North America.
Responsibilities
- Execute 1:few and 1:many ABM programs aligned to global frameworks and regional sales priorities
- Partner with North American sales leaders, account executives, and partner managers to translate growth objectives into targeted account-based programs
- Design and deliver account-centric journeys with persona- and industry-specific messaging
- Identify and develop opportunities to generate new pipeline and advance existing opportunities within target accounts
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner in building scalable ABM programs and experiences
- Plan and execute multi-touch, integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, social, and sales channels
- Lead the development of multi-dimensional inbound and outbound programs, including coordination with third-party vendors
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all campaign touchpoints
- Align campaign execution with broader GTM objectives and regional priorities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to refine persona-based messaging and value propositions
- Develop and execute testing strategies (A/B testing, segmentation, flows), analyze results, and apply learnings
- Own campaign performance against pipeline targets, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution
- Continuously optimize segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and timing using data-driven insights
- Develop scalable campaign playbooks, templates, and best practices to support business growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM or demand generation
- Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and account growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), along with analytics and reporting tools
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and passion for continuous improvement
