About the Role
The Learning and Development Business Partner Senior Associate supports the identification and development of learning and performance-related business initiatives. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating talent development plans in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and design learning curriculums.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content.
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights on solution effectiveness.
- Advise leaders and stakeholders on learning and development solutions.
- Lead project teams and manage project timelines.
- Partner with resource managers to plan and coordinate L&D resources.
- Observe training and review facilitator evaluations to provide feedback.
- Ensure course goals meet NASBA requirements.
- Resolve or escalate project issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other senior associates to implement best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of learning implementation and employee development.
- Experience managing projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in client service and issue resolution.
- Experience compiling and reviewing data for business decisions.
- Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead them to completion.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback.
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time.
Skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
