About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support and accelerate marketing initiatives across the business. This role requires an execution-focused individual to translate strategy into measurable outputs across content, events, digital, email, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Write blog posts and develop sales enablement resources such as one-pagers.
- Draft and schedule marketing emails.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and vendors.
- Manage pre- and post-event processes and logistics.
- Develop and schedule social media posts and engage with the community.
- Update and create webpages and set up webinars.
- Communicate product updates and support the customer community.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of full-time marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to apply feedback and demonstrate improvement.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and follow through on tasks.
- Strong writing skills for various audiences.
- AI fluency for prompting, drafting, and refining content.
- Submission of a digital portfolio including writing samples and campaign assets.
