About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support and accelerate marketing initiatives across the business. This role requires an execution-focused individual to translate strategy into measurable outputs across content, events, digital, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Write blog posts and develop sales enablement resources such as one-pagers.
  • Draft and schedule marketing emails.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and vendors.
  • Manage pre- and post-event processes and logistics.
  • Develop and schedule social media posts and engage with the community.
  • Update and create webpages and set up webinars.
  • Communicate product updates and support the customer community.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of full-time marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to apply feedback and demonstrate improvement.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through on tasks.
  • Strong writing skills for various audiences.
  • AI fluency for prompting, drafting, and refining content.
  • Submission of a digital portfolio including writing samples and campaign assets.
