About the Role
This role as a Technical Account Manager specialising in our CORE offering focuses on helping organisations work smarter by leveraging AI, automation, and modern workplace technologies. You will ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and help clients discover smarter ways of working, with success measured by improved client productivity and outcomes, not just ticket closures.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with executives, department leaders and operational teams.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities across AI, automation, collaboration and process improvement.
- Develop practical roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Translate strategy into initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, workflows and ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder discussions.
- Build business cases and success measures for improvement initiatives.
- Connect clients with the right specialists, platforms and solutions.
- Track outcomes and continuously identify new opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience translating strategy into practical business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience driving adoption, capability uplift or organisational change.
- The ability to identify and prioritise opportunities based on business value.
- A practical understanding of Microsoft 365, AI, automation and modern workplace technologies.
- Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn.
- Actively using and building AI and automation yourself.
- Comfort experimenting with new technologies, building simple solutions and understanding how different platforms fit together to solve business problems.
- You may come from consulting, customer success, business transformation, digital workplace, technology strategy or a similar advisory role.
- MSP experience or multi-client support is favourable.
