About the Role
You are a certified electrician (m/w/d) who wants to take on responsibility without losing touch with practical work. Support our team in the maintenance, repair, and modernization of our own real estate portfolio and take on the technical coordination of a part of our craftsperson team.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination, and acceptance of electrical installations
- Planning and support of modernization and renovation measures in the electrical sector
- Technical leadership and support of our craftsperson team, as well as coordination of various trades
- Performing electrical work, troubleshooting, and fault clearance
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, VDE regulations, and safety standards
- Quality control and documentation of work and defects
- Material and deployment planning in coordination with technical management
- Coordination with colleagues and external service providers
Requirements
- Successfully completed further training as a certified electrician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in electrical or building technology
- Initial experience in the technical leadership or coordination of employees is an advantage
- Technical understanding as well as independent, careful, and reliable working method
- Friendly demeanor towards colleagues, service providers, and tenants
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Class B driver's license
