About the Role
Own financial planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy for Sandro North America across Full Price and End-of-Life channels, serving as the analytical backbone of the merchandising organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage seasonal OTB plans aligned with financial targets.
- Lead weekly and monthly reforecasting using WOS and scenario analysis.
- Define SKU targets, tiering, leftover targets, and inventory exit strategies.
- Partner with Finance on liquidation targets and forecasting.
- Analyze sales performance considering commercial calendar, Full Price Share, and competitive dynamics.
- Manage in-season reorder opportunities to maximize productive selling and unit velocity.
- Identify risks and opportunities; propose mitigation and upside actions.
- Validate promotional strategies against inventory and financial goals.
- Own Outlet OTB planning and liquidation forecasting.
- Manage Off-Price partner relationships, negotiations, and inventory offers.
- Oversee sample sales and digital flash sales strategy.
- Own warehouse inbound and outbound forecasting.
- Manage SKU-level inventory forecasts and global transfer approvals.
- Own planning tools and reporting integrity.
- Drive transition from Excel-based reporting to Tableau / Anaplan.
- Continuously improve planning processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology
- Fluent in French is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
- Entrepreneurial mindset while working collaboratively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, resourceful, and organizational skills
