About the Role
We are hiring a Programmatic Manager to play a central role in how one of the world’s most recognised technology brands connects with audiences across EMEA. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programmatic planning and activation across Display, Video and Connected TV, from brief to optimisation and reporting
- Develop clear, insight-led programmatic strategies aligned to wider marketing objectives
- Drive structured test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve performance and explore new opportunities
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, providing timely, actionable insights against KPIs
- Oversee campaign setup and trafficking across DSPs, ensuring accuracy and high-quality execution
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted day-to-day programmatic lead
- Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-quality way of working
Requirements
- Hands-on programmatic experience within an agency environment, across leading DSPs
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including measurement, brand safety and data practices
- Experience supporting or managing team members, with a constructive and supportive coaching style
- Confidence presenting insights and performance to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful actions
- Commercial awareness, with an interest in building productive media and platform partnerships
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
