Responsibilities

• Skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency.
• Ensure success by paying attention to detail and working quickly & accurately.
• Keep station and establishment clean and stocked.
• Always treat guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations.
• Display honesty & integrity.
• Motivate team members to be consistently engaged in serving others.
• Greet guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu.
• Prepare customers’ orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest check correctly and close the check to the proper method of payment.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality.
• Assist with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products.

Requirements

• Experience in a café or restaurant customer service environment.
• Knowledgeable operating a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures.

Salary/Compensations

• $17.00/hour
