About the Role

As a working student in Prompt Engineering, you will support the product team in developing and optimizing AI-based prompts for our medical documentation system. You will work closely with the product manager to continuously improve the quality and personalization of our AI results. Through data-driven experiments and structured testing, you will actively contribute to making our AI smarter and our product even better.

Responsibilities

Conception, analysis, and optimization of prompts for various medical use cases
Close collaboration with product management to adapt prompts based on user feedback and individual customer needs
Support in conducting and evaluating prompt experiments for quality improvement
Development and application of metrics for evaluating prompt performance
Documentation and structuring of findings for the further development of our prompt library

Requirements

Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master)
Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
Initial relevant professional experience through internships, working student positions, or private projects
Initial personal experience with prompting – professionally, during studies, or privately
Interest in LLMs and the evaluation of generative AI systems
Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and an eye for detail
Independence, initiative, and hands-on mentality
Enthusiasm for HealthTech, AI, and digital innovation in healthcare
Team spirit and a desire to grow with us
