About the Role

Act as the primary point of contact and expert for customers regarding technology-based collaboration, working closely with the regional sales team and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Daily support of surgical procedures with a focus on cardiology.
- Programming and follow-up care for pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
- Provide technically competent advice and support to responsible physicians and staff regarding various therapy options.
- Implement strategic measures to increase the value of our therapy offerings and ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate closely with the regional Technical Consultants and Sales staff, including customer events (training, symposia, customer education).
- Support sales through campaign execution and marketing of innovations.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to implement measures, including product launches.
- Maintain personal inventory (Carstocks).
Requirements
- Completed commercial or clinical/medical apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in electrical or medical engineering, physics, or a successfully completed (medical) apprenticeship.
- First experiences in cardiology or cardiac catheterization laboratory are desirable.
- Strong communication skills and confidence; act as a consulting specialist capable of building trust.
- Active cooperation within the team (e.g., information flow) and integrity.
- Flexibility, high commitment, and resilience with a proactive approach and sales affinity combined with service orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively, residing in the described region, and possessing a valid driver's license.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Professional experience in a clinical context or in medical technology would be advantageous.
- Full measles vaccination is a prerequisite for filling the open position due to a mandatory vaccination policy for this role.
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics supported is expected for patient-facing field employees.
