About the Role
As the Broker Manager, you will be responsible for the success, engagement, and production of independent agents. You will collaborate with Operations and field sales management to ensure brokers understand Devoted's mission and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute the market's broker plan.
- Analyze reports and develop action plans for increased production.
- Provide real-time feedback from field brokers.
- Conduct broker training, both classroom and field-based.
- Influence brokers to increase sales by positioning the product and promoting the brand.
- Manage a territory and maintain contact information.
- Execute market/region sales goals and objectives, including sales events and training.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives through the broker channel.
- Meet with brokers and agencies to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Report daily activities to ensure alignment with incremental sales goals.
- Adhere to and maintain an understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
- State Health Insurance License in good standing.
- Unrestricted driver's license.

- $75,000 - $85,000 base annually plus commission
