About the Role
Support the Aviation division through defined administrative responsibilities, contributing to a global leader in commercial insurance with an entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities
- Enter risk and policy data into underwriting systems within defined SLAs.
- Perform peer-to-peer quality assurance checks.
- Communicate and resolve risk and policy queries through appropriate channels.
- Process unmatched USMs and escalate issues as needed.
- Complete all tasks for month-end close.
- Assist the credit control team with aged debt and excess cash queries.
- Attend team and departmental meetings to build internal relationships.
- Ensure underwriting files are complete and accurate.
- File documentation into document management storage folders.
- Obtain outstanding items from the underwriting team.
- Assist with and drive company projects.
- Train new team members.
- Maintain business logs and renewal pipeline spreadsheets.
- Assist with peer reviews and PBQA/CC completion.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Report suspected financial crime to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Operate within standards for Treating Customers Fairly.
- Manage potential conflicts of interest.
- Advise Compliance of any complaints immediately.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
