About the Role

This intensive 10-week program focuses on enhancing quantitative and programming skills, offering an experience similar to a full-time quant trader role. Interns will be trained in areas such as Machine Learning, trading mechanics, C++, statistics, and signal generation research. The program involves developing predictive models and automated trading strategies, followed by rotations with trading teams, working on projects mentored by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop predictive models and automated trading strategies for live trading.
Rotate and work with several trading teams on projects.
Receive mentorship from experienced quant researchers, traders, and developers.
Contribute to trading teams in roles such as quantitative researcher/data scientist, algorithmic trader, and software developer.

Requirements

Seeking sharp analytical minds from top undergraduate and graduate programs.
Ideal candidates have an uncommon drive to learn and improve.
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong skills in programming and/or quantitative analysis (statistics, data mining, mathematics, machine learning, etc.).
No prior knowledge of finance or trading is necessary.
Reliable and predictable availability required.
