About the Role
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data solutions in the UK business. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on delivery, and business collaboration to enable data-driven decision-making and support organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of enterprise analytics solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Lead the design and deployment of data models, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and IT teams to embed analytics into core processes.
- Manage and coach a hybrid team of data specialists and engineers.
- Oversee data architecture, pipelines, code quality, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong background in data management, business intelligence, and analytics solution delivery across enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and BI tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, and Python.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
