About the Role

Join the International Markets team to shape global strategy, drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities. You will work closely with regional and central leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute high-impact strategies across 70+ markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive global strategy and ensure local insights are integrated into the global framework.
• Support P&L and portfolio management at both global and regional levels.
• Prioritize and execute performance improvement initiatives using a consultative and hands-on approach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and regional/local management.
• Collaborate with C-level and global management to define strategy and ensure execution quality.
• Partner with stakeholders across all seniority levels to improve operational and financial performance.
• Source and distribute operational best practices across 70+ countries.
• Translate data into insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech strategy/business development.
• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier global management consulting firm.
• Proficiency in modeling complex business and financial scenarios.
• Ability to leverage data and situational judgment for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
• Ownership mentality with a hands-on approach.
