About the Role

Performs complex administrative tasks to support the Student Center Standards program, helping aspiring young students realize their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Types business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, and E-Filing.
  • Composes and prepares routine correspondence for signature.
  • Establishes and maintains confidential files and records.
  • Maintains calendar and schedules appointments.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Follows up on action items.
  • Maintains student incentives system.
  • Oversees the Student Government.
  • Pulls student termination records and files them in the Data Integrity Department.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment.
  • Operates office machines and instructs others in their operation.
  • Assists in student accountability and Behavior Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of work-related experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
