About the Role
This role involves analyzing and consolidating network data to inform portfolio decisions, monitoring regulatory developments, and developing ML-driven forecasts for grid bottlenecks and redispatch risks. You will build and maintain datasets for grid connection assessments, ensure model quality through testing, and derive probability-of-success logics. The position also includes reporting complex analyses for management, managing interfaces with development and acquisition teams, and utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and consolidate network data (TSO/DSO, BNetzA, NEP) as a basis for sound portfolio decisions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and derive concrete impacts on projects.
- Develop and advance ML-based forecasts for grid bottlenecks and redispatch risks.
- Build and maintain structured datasets for evaluating grid connection situations.
- Ensure model quality through testing and continuous optimization.
- Derive probability-of-success logics and identify risk regions.
- Prepare complex analyses for management and investment decisions.
- Collaborate closely with development, acquisition, and due diligence teams.
