About the Role
As a MOBs Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that support operational performance and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the CDM function to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across programmes.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret operational data to support performance across MOBs activities
- Deliver insights that drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Create reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance
- Support reporting against regulatory and business targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support planning cycles, programme delivery, and issue resolution
- Monitor risks, opportunities, and resource levels across programmes
- Drive improvements in data quality and operational performance
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
- Understanding of programme delivery and change management is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of MOBs is advantageous
